Across Social Media channels of the Mon River Valley Magazine we have more than 1,000 followers. If each of you following this website makes a purchase of just one $25 gift card from a local business of your choice by 5 pm. Friday April 24 we will have infused over $25,000 back into our local economy. Browse the businesses listed on these pages and some you can buy the gift card directly from them or order online therefore you know that every dollar will go directly into their pocket. The Mon River Valley Magazine won’t handle any of those transactions and we won’t be able to track how many gift cards are bought in the next 2 weeks, but the math is simple: if everyone buys just one, that’s over $25,000 back to local small businesses.
